These Terms describe the basic rules that apply when players visit DOS, create a DOS ID, enter matchmaking or participate in tournaments. By using DOS, you agree to follow these Terms and any applicable service rules.

These Terms apply to the DOS website, player accounts, game access, rankings, community features and tournament services provided by DOMINIQUE SOFTWARE INC. Individual games or events may include supplemental rules. Where they differ, the specific rules clearly presented for that activity will apply.
02 / Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You may not sell, transfer, share or impersonate another DOS ID. Contact Player Support promptly if you detect an unusual sign-in, exposed credentials or unauthorized activity.
03 / Fair competition
Cheats, unauthorized software, automated play, deliberate exploit abuse, match manipulation, harassment and any conduct that undermines competitive integrity are prohibited. We may use match records, integrity signals and tournament rules to issue warnings, restrict matchmaking, void results or suspend accounts.
04 / Games, tournaments and virtual content
Game availability, formats, rewards, rankings and virtual content may change by version, region or event schedule. Tournament eligibility and results are governed by the published event rules and final rulings for that competition.
05 / Intellectual property
The DOS brand, platform interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party game names, characters, artwork and other materials belong to their respective creators or rights holders and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.
06 / Service changes and account action
To maintain security, compliance and service quality, we may update features, pause parts of the service or revise rules. Material changes affecting players will be communicated through the website or account notices. Serious or repeated violations may result in account restrictions or termination.
